Through the use of questionnaires,
aptitude evaluation, workbooks, and discussions - to review career-to-date
and aspirations - many of the issues can be clarified and a new career
plan created. We help the individual take stock, identify career strengths,
together with weaknesses/development needs, and to arrive at a realistic
capability statement, viable aspirations, and a sensible plan for implementation.
