Assessment helps to provide

We conduct a comprehensive assessment using psychological measures and produce a written report which we discuss with the individual as part of a comprehensive feed-back process.. We examine salient features of the person's curriculum vitae, identify career themes and determine clear strengths and areas for support or development. We can use our own, generic, competency model for directors and executives as a basis, or we can work within your own competency framework. Our aim is not to produce an
assessment in isolation, but to make sure that our work has impact and
benefit to the organisation as a whole.
